A well established and recognised Cambridgeshire property company are looking for a dynamic sales person with a proven track record to come and work with their team.
You will need the ability to drive this successful company forward. Your currently untapped managerial resource will be instrumental in enabling some of the current management team to nurture your enthusiasm for the business. Ultimately the MD is looking for someone that shows promise and loyalty as they intend to take a back seat in a few years time. So plenty of scope to grow with the company and climb the career ladder.
The company runs a Spanish office in addition to it’s UK base. Your role is to offer your clients a personal one-to-one guided tour of the property portfolio within their budget. You will be required to travel to Spain, some of your clients will be looking to relocate, others simply want a holiday retreat.
You will have a current database of UK contacts generated from enquires made on the internet or as a response to national advertising and direct mail campaigns.
The services offered to the client range from initial introduction to organising conveyancing, contracts and other legal matters. The company has an enviable conversion rate due to making the experience stress free for the customer. A good commission structure is in place, so your earning potential is limited by your ability only.
As the only company within the industry to deal with clients on a personal ‘one -to-one’ basis, they really have turned the industry on it’s head. Clients like the way they do business.
