I went with my friend for a lunch recently and had a really nice meal! Ok the pub is pretty no frills but that is its charm it is a PUB not a bar or restaurant. Will be definately going back for lunch and drinks and will recommend to friends

I am dissapointed from Mr cobboldallover's un constructive review. Yes there are groups of people in the pub that may appear cliquey as you put it, because the pub attracts many people from different companies as well as theatre companies from the Wolsey and John Mills, not to mention a varied amount of clubs, who use this pub as a meeting place. But there are also many friendly locals, and I've always found someone to talk to. Isn't this is what a good pub is all about? Perhaps Mr Cobboldallover has a problem with socialising?
On the whole The Greyhound is everything a tradittional pub should be in the 21st century.
C'mon Mr Cobboldallover, lighten up and talk to someone, you will find a friendly clientelle and great staff.
